By eating meat we share the responsibility of climate change, the destruction of our forests, and the poisoning of our air and water. The simple act of becoming a vegetarian will make a difference in the health of our planet.

About This Quote

I remember in my school days, when I was in the 11th Grade, I started to take up vegetarianism. At that time, I had read about the damage meat has done to our planet and decided to give it a try. It was one of the best things I did for myself at that time. Not only did I gave up meat, but I also took care of my health by exercising regularly.

As a result, I became stronger physically and mentally. Since then, it has become something that I would like to do for myself and others who are committed to making a change in their lives.
